How long is the production time of my order?

Production for the float tank and cryochamber will be 15-20 days. We will arrange loading and shipping earlier if we are able to.

For customized cases, the manufacturing will be longer based on the design.

Can I check my goods before shipping?

Yes, we are factory, welcome to check your goods material or production process any time. Online vedio and factory site is available.

How to install it after I recieve my oder?

Remote installation and assembly instructions for the pods can be provided. Our technician will arrange for a video conference to provide you with a comprehensive overview of the assembly instructions.Once the pod is assembled, we will have a second video call to configure the software and conduct a thorough systems check. After the pod(s) has been checked, the technician will provide you with detailed training on the maintenance and operation of your pod(s).

What is the warranty?

Our products do come with a warranty of ONE (1) YEAR from the time of purchase.

How to maintance it?

For float tank, It is very easy to clean pods. You will need to change a filter bag when fliter alarming, and you will also need to change water and add salt, details times depending on how busy you use.
